I love Lisa's classes and style of teaching. Lisa is so friendly and creates such a supportive environment for everyone. I would highly reccommend her classes for each life stage 🥰

I absolutely loved the baby yoga classes that me and my little one took! So much so we did 3 cycles! Lisa is absolutely lovely, the classes have such a lovely vibe and they are the perfect destress when things can get a bit much. I always left her classes with such a clear and calm mindset even if I'd run into them late and frazzled! I can't wait until I have another baby I will definitely be returning! Even hope so try some of the pregnancy classes next time! Thankyou so much Lisa we loved it! xx
